TESTING AT THE HOTEL

At Lesante Collection Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to ensuring you enjoy a seamless stay, as well as making sure you are able to enjoy all that we – and Zakynthos island – have to offer.

Part of the “Lesante” experience nowadays includes providing all of our guests – who are required so – the testing they need in order to enjoy our amenities and discover Zakynthos with peace of mind.

Our Reception/Concierge desk will be pleased to assist you in organizing this, through our partner, without leaving the hotel. This includes PCR and Antigen tests.

PCR test results usually take 24 hours to be released, while Antigen test results usually takes about 30 minutes.

With a variety of testing options available, we invite guests arriving to book in advance of your arrival to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your results.

Welcoming guest from the airport to your suite became safer and faster. Private transfers and express
check in procedures offer a smooth arrival.
Arriving guests will be provided with sanitizers and reception area will be disinfected frequently.
Contactless Social conveniences/ interactions
Social distancing is not opposite to hospitality. Popular mobile apps – including our own – are available,
in order to offer contactless information and services for your convenience.

Preparing your suite with care is not enough. Disinfectants are used regularly and custom made
housekeeping services are provided upon request.
All public areas and high touch spaces are frequently disinfected during the day
Beach and common areas are equipped with sanitizing stations and measures for safe distancing have been applied.
